Art Direction and Event Design

 

Managed Savage Bureau design team to develop a distinctive brand for a nine-building campus, reimagined as a life sciences hub with a social focus. The brand centered on community, with amenities strategically placed at the heart of the campus to foster connection and collaboration.

Building on the brand guidelines, I partnered with an in-house designer to create a polished brochure that showcased the campus in its best light, highlighting its unique spaces and innovative concept.

Once the brand identity and architectural vision were complete, we hosted a launch event, introducing the space to the brokerage and tenant communities, and officially unveiling the brand to the public.

I oversaw the brand identity development with MiresBall design agency. Using the brand guidelines, I designed a brochure to highlight the new development underway in San Diego, emphasizing its key features and future potential.

I also spearheaded the organization of the groundbreaking event, seamlessly integrating the brand to create a strong sense of place for the property. The event, supported by Miho Catering, helped set the tone for the project's launch and introduced the development to the community with a memorable and cohesive brand experience.

MULTIFAMILY OFFERING MEMORANDUM

I crafted a visually compelling offering package to showcase two premier apartment buildings in Bankers Hill, San Diego. Designed with developers in mind, the package featured architect renderings that brought the future potential of the property to life. To encapsulate the vision, I created the tagline, “A Legacy of New Beginnings,” underscoring both the historic charm of Bankers Hill today and its dynamic possibilities for tomorrow. The result was a strategic, forward-thinking presentation that highlighted the area's growth and investment potential.

This leasing flyer was used to target potential retail tenants for the ground floor of the Pendry Hotel in San Diego’s Gaslamp District. The flyer used the historic elements from the building itself and emphasized other contemporary clients that are already occupying spaces on the property.

This brochure was developed in collaboration with a local developer, utilizing provided brand guidelines to craft a flyer aimed at leasing the ground floor retail space. The content was thoughtfully structured to tell the story of this prime San Diego location’s revitalization, creating a sense of urgency for potential tenants to be part of the area’s transformation and growth.

The concept of the flyer was to promote employee happiness in the workplace through bright colors, quotes and photos.

This was a small square teaser designed to entice retail clients to lease space in the ground floor of a new development in Carlsbad that featured residential apartments as well. After I presented the logo, the developers chose to use it on the building in addition to just the property marketing. The teaser emphasizes the laidback Carlsbad lifestyle as well as the neighboring small businesses and high caliber co-tenants.
